Cheesey “hashbrowns”

🍞🥐🥖🥞🍟Craving carbs on this dreary day? Me too!!!! 👉Shred a butternut squash and saute it in stove top with some olive oil and salt n pepper until tender– top with an oz of fresh mozzarella and their ya go!! “Carb-like” side dish that’s not carbs at all. Now add a protein 🍗🍖🍤and you r set…. chicken anyone?— or two over easy eggs on this would be amazing 🥚🥚🍳#winnerwinnerchickendinner note: portion count for one cup with oz of cheese is one green one blue one tea
