Quinoa Taco MEATLESS on a High Protein bagel
Cook 1.5 cups of raw quinoa
Sauté one carton of chopped mushrooms in a pan with some EVOO on medium
Add the cooked quinoa into the pan with the mushrooms and add this season…
1 tbs chili powder
1 ½ tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 ½ tsp salt
1 tbs cumin
½ tsp oregano
¼ C water
Mix this well and let simmer about 5-7 minutes
