ONE DAY OF CLEAN EATING

I always start my day with 8 oz of ice cold water – after my workout I then have a glass of hot lemon water….ACV shot (apple cider vinegar) about a teaspoon 3x daily. ( this is not for everyone- it helps me with debloat- appetite curb and more). Everyday you should be consuming at least half your body weight in ounces in water.

First meal:

Coffee on the GO

Fill a Shaker cup with ice then half with coffee and half with almond milk- add a scoop or half a scoop of my protein superfoods powder to give you that fancy Coffee drink feel but without the expense and the hassle! Snack : cup of Caffeine FREE tea with a pear (or fruit of choice)

Second meal:

topped with one red container of egg salad: recipe is

Chop 12 hard eggs and 3 stalks of celery add in ¼ C of plain nonfat greek yogurt and ¼ C of Bolthouse Farms Honey mustard dressing add a little salt and pepper and stir well (you can add more or less of the dressing depending on your taste preference)

Snack: one green container raw veggies along with 1 orange container of yogurt based dip (Bolthouse farms ranch) Along with my ALL NATURAL energy boost :appetite control: craving killer lemonade drink!!

3rd Meal:

Butternut squash topped with homeade taco season meat- recipe- side of cottage cheese

Slice your squash lengthwise and scoop out seeds- bake face down on olive oil drizzled baking sheet for about 30-40 minutes at 375 (until you can stick a fork in it easy)

Taco meat :: brown 2 lbs of hamburger then season with

1tbs Cumin

1tbs chili powder

1 ½ tsp paprika

1tsp garlic powder

1 ½ tsp salt

1/1 tsp oregano

¼ Cup water

Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes

***vegetarian- replace meat with 2-3 cup of cooked quinoa and a carton of chopped mushrooms place in pan on stove with olive oil and sauté until mushrooms are tender then add season

Have 1 green container of squash and one red container of meat

Snack:

1 yellow (or 2 depends on the day lol) of Halo TOP ice cream

With ½ banana
