Vegetable Bagel/BUN

This could be either- Making the bagel was quite difficult because it does get sticky so I do highly recommend the bun. These are very good and very bread like.

The low carb life is all about high fat- I get it…however if you DONT GET YOUR veggies in- you will have some NOT SO GOOD side effects. SO PLEASE DONT CUT OUT VEGETABLES if you are trying to live this style……

***or dont be low carb just be SELECTIVE with your carbs…ok? Sweet potatoes: quinoa: beans: these are good carbs you guys- no need to cut out of your life totally….
