🙋What I see in the back of me in this picture is this.. a stack of dishes that SHOULD have been washed last night – a messy kitchen that SHOULD be picked up– a nook for my almost 2 year old who SHOULD be done with them—a cup of paint that’s project SHOULD have been completed- meat in the sink defrosting for dinner that SHOULD be getting made- what I see in the front of me and you don’t- kids still in PJ’s that SHOULD be getting dressed- breakfast on the counter that SHOULD be cleaned up- at least 6 load of laundry that SHOULD be folded and put away- a tv with cartoons on that SHOULD be shut off-floors that SHOULD be scrubbed- dogs that SHOULD be walked- the hubs lunch that SHOULD be made- toys that SHOULD be picked up- rooms that SHOULD be cleaned- see the theme?⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
****✔️TAKE TIME FOR YOU- 30 minutes of a workout 💪that will make you feel like a million bucks all day long! The shoulda coulda woulda’s can wait- they can…kids can watch a lil tv …the hubs can make his own lunch… laundry will always be there…floors will always be dirty (lol)….the kids will eventually get dressed…baby girl will eventually get rid of the pacie, right?….it’s FINE – STOP BEING SO HARD ON YOSELF……STOP SHOULDING all over your life- YOU FIRST…the rest will come! OK??
